Hospital
& Health System Leadership Forum focused on the
transformation of America’s hospital care delivery
system.
The purpose of the Hospital & Health System Leadership
Forum is to create a peer to peer collaborative learning
environment in which hospital and health system
executives are able to identify, explore, working
transformational models around:
- Clinically Integrated Supply Chain
- Expansion Strategies to New Employer Models
- Physician Collaboration to Lead Community Health
Care Initiatives
The leader-to-leader dialogue begins with a
discussion of market dynamics and environmental factors
that challenge provider performance, with the interest
of uncovering strategies for improving America’s acute
care delivery system and, ultimately, reshaping
America’s hospital and health systems for a bright
future.
After each forum meeting, participants receive an
executive summary that includes a strategic analysis of
the session and a list of strategic implications and
imperatives. The recap is suitable for review by Board
members and leadership teams and may be helpful in
supporting a constructive internal dialogue about
strategies for performance improvement and market
leadership.
