Contest Entry Form
The goal of NCI's Healthcare Innovators contest is to
identify those organizations that have conceptualized
and/or adopted cutting edge approaches to improving the
healthcare supply chain. Every year, the top innovator
is awarded at the Fall-IDN Summit & Expo. You're invited
to submit your best supply chain innovation until August
18, 2007. Once a winner is selected by NCI, the NCI team
will go on site to video profile the innovation and
perform video interviews. During the Fall IDN Summit &
Expo the first place winner will be identified and the
video will be played during the general session.
NCI's Healthcare Innovators Contest Guidelines:
Submissions must represent innovation and/or
improvement in technology, work flow, product flow,
contracting strategies, and/or methods. (Product
specific submissions will not be considered.) The
deadline for submissions to be considered for the Fall
2007- IDN Summit & Expo is August 18, 2007. Winner must
agree to allow NCI to come on-site to video profile the
innovation and obtain interview footage.
