 NCI’s Fall IDN Summit & Expo registration includes
tuition, course materials, networking sessions, and all
meals beginning Tuesday evening, September 2, 2007,
through the closing of sessions on Thursday afternoon,
September 4, 2007.

Accommodations: You may contact the hotel directly at
1-817-778-1000 to secure your room. Please mention NCI’s
Fall IDN Summit & Expo to obtain the group rate of $149
per night. There is a $25.00/day resort fee, $3.00 room
attendant fee, and tax.
Airline Reservations: American Airlines is the
preferred airline carrier of NCI’s IDN Summit & Expo.
You can receive an additional discount on the lowest
published fare on American Airlines flights by using the
group discount code A9297AA. This code is available on
the AA.com website, through your travel agent, or by
calling American Airlines directly at 1-800-433-7300.
Golf: NCI’s Fall IDN Summit & Expo Golf Tournament
will have a 12:00 p.m. shotgun start on Tuesday,
September 2, 2007. If you are playing in the tournament,
please be in the hotel lobby at 11:30 a.m. to be
directed over to the course. The golf tournament fee of
$200 includes transportation, greens fee, cart, box
lunch and beverages.
Meeting Attire: Attire for all events is business
casual.
Registration and Badge Pick-up Times: Please check in
personally and sign for your badge and materials.
Admittance to all functions will be by badge only. You
may check in at the times listed below:
Tuesday, September 2, 2007 10:00 am – 9:00 pm
Wednesday, September 3, 2007 7:00 am – 12:00 pm
On-Site Communications: NCI personnel will be at the
hotel beginning Sunday, September 1st. If you require
assistance, please call the hotel at 602-955 6600 and
ask for the NCI Information Desk.
Ground Transportation Options: Avis is the preferred
rental car company of NCI’s IDN Summit & Expo. To

Spouse/Guest Registration Fee: All functions are for
registered attendees only. Spouses/guests are welcome to
participate in social functions and group meals only,
provided the spouse/guest has registered. Spouses/guests
will not be allowed admittance to education sessions.
